We are glad to know your interest in learning. We assure you that you have chosen the right path for a successful career. At ATIIT, we are committed to fulfilling your learning desires. In addition to learning, you will also get the opportunity for physical campus training (on applicable courses). Post-certification, you will get placement opportunities too.
In case you change your mind about learning the selected course and want to exit after registration, we will still respect your decision to do so. However, since lots of administrative work is carried out, we will deduct a small amount as administrative charges. Below are the refund and cancellation policies applicable for your reference:
- No refund will be provided if the learner fails to attend the classes on scheduled dates.
- If you have availed any discount, the refund will not be processed.
- All taxes paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- ATIIT Private Limited reserves the right to reschedule/postpone/cancel any scheduled class(es) due to various reasons such as unavailability of faculty members, strikes, unavoidable circumstances (e.g., cloud burst, floods, earthquakes, pandemic situations), or any events beyond the control of ATIIT.
- The request for a refund will not be processed if the learner has attended at least one class or has downloaded materials related to the subject(s) or class(es).
- In case of a request to change the batch, you can do so by calling our helpline number or sending an email to connect@atiitglobal.com. We will facilitate the change if seats are available. This will be done only once without any additional cost.
- If you want to reschedule the dates of your opted course(s), ensure that you have not attended more than 15% of the total course duration. If you have already crossed more than 15% of the course duration, you will still get the opportunity to reschedule the course with an additional cost of 20% of the total course fee. ATIIT will process your request once we receive your request and 20% of the course fee. This facility is available only once. No refund will be provided if you have crossed 40% of the course duration.
- Rescheduling Policy: In case you miss any class(es) due to any reason, you can still access the video recording of the missed class without any additional cost.
- IOT or other related kits cannot be returned once dispatched. These are critical to the course modules and have been integrated carefully with the appropriate modules for optimum learning. You can always request a replacement if it is broken or defective. Inform us immediately after receipt of materials with proof. We recommend making videos while opening the package and taking pictures to submit as proof.
- If you wish to cancel your enrolment in the course(s) before the start of the classes, you can do so. 20% of the total course fee will be deducted as administrative charges, and the balance will be refunded to you.
Please note that refund and credit requests will be processed within 30 working days, post-evaluation and processing of any request (case by case basis). No refunds will be processed for self-paced courses. Also, no refunds will be processed if it’s found that after enrolment, learning materials, course contents have been downloaded, or user IDs have been shared, or any attempts have been made to copy the contents or used by multiple users. The account will be blocked immediately, and in any such case, no further requests will be entertained.
